Consultation on Proposed Changes to Address MONEYVAL Recommended Actions

The Commission and the Policy & Resources Committee have jointly issued a consultation paper proposing changes to the Handbook on Countering Financial Crime and to Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1999, addressing MONEYVAL's 2025 recommended actions, plus minor amendments to Schedules 1 and 4 and views on Appendix C equivalent jurisdictions. Responses are sought by Friday 9 October 2026.

The Commission together with the Policy & Resources Committee have today issued a simultaneous consultation paper on proposed changes to address the Recommended Actions made by MONEYVAL relating to the supervisory framework in its evaluation report published in early 2025.
